Lou, a librarian with an MA in Children’s Literature, oversees the day-to-day running of the shop. She loves nothing more than talking about books – apart from reading them! – and confesses to having a not-so-secret soft spot for Winnie-the-Pooh. In fact, she firmly believes there is very little in life you cannot learn from a visit to The Hundred Acre Wood.
